COVID-19 SAFE

Last Updated: May 2022

We are passionate about providing excellent quality healthcare in a safe and comfortable environment. Throughout the pandemic, we have followed Government and Professional Association guidance, adapting our offering and protocols where necessary. The safety of our practitioners, staff, patients and clinic users is our main concern.

Hygiene and cleaning

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have adapted our already thorough cleaning protocols. Our practitioners will continue to thoroughly clean clinic rooms and all equipment between each patient.  PPE will continue to be worn by practitioners based in Clinic rooms, and this will be changed between each patient.

We continue to require masks to be worn whilst in Clinic, and for some treatments.

Reception and Waiting area

You are welcome to wait in the reception area prior to your appointment.  We request that, if possible, masks be worn in this area.  If you would prefer to wait outside or in your car, please ‘phone reception when you arrive on site to let us know you are here. Your practitioner or a member of the friendly reception team will then welcome you into the treatment room at the time of your appointment.

Prior to your appointment…

Before you attend clinic for an appointment, class or group, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. You will receive this along with your e-mailed appointment confirmation. Please contact reception if you have any difficulty.

Covid positive?

Please do not attend clinic if you have tested positive for Covid through either a PCR or LFT. We will be happy to help you re-book your appointment. If a member of your close family, or someone you live with, tests positive, please contact reception to re-book your appointment. If you consider your appointment to be urgent, please contact reception. We may be able to accommodate your appointment with some adaptions to or normal procedures.

If you live with someone who has tested positive, we ask that your postpone your appointment until their isolation period is finished.

If you are experiencing Covid type symptoms, please call reception to re-schedule your appointment.
