Ellie Tapper
Ellie graduated with a First Class Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy in Kent. Alongside her osteopathic training, she is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and integrates these skills into tailored rehabilitation plans to support her patients’ recovery and long-term wellbeing.
She developed a deep fascination with movement and performance during her contemporary dance degree at Trinity Laban. This inspired her interest in the mechanics of the human body and a drive to understand how we function. This passion continues to shape her approach to osteopathy and Pilates, combining clinical expertise with a practical understanding of how the body functions.
Ellie has worked with a wide range of clients of various ages, abilities and injuries. She firmly believes everyone can get moving with the right adaptations and loves to combine elements from her training into her classes, combining movements into sequences to encourage coordination. She often draws on her dance training to create fun and challenging sequences to get everyone smiling through the toughest of exercises.
Exercise has always been central to Ellie’s life. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing, dance, Pilates, yoga, and swimming, and appreciates the physical and mental benefits of staying active.
“I absolutely love teaching Pilates, helping people to get stronger and achieve their goals! Keeping active is so important, our bodies are made to move, and the best way to do that is by having fun.”
Ellie runs two types of pilates classes:
Intro to Pilates – 6 week course (next start date Thursday 6th November)
