Kate Bennett

Kate qualified with her Sports Massage Diploma in 2010 and has continued developing her skills and training ever since. Alongside her foundation qualifications in sports massage and anatomy and physiology, she holds certifications in oncology massage, scar tissue therapy, maternity massage and infant massage instruction.

Her scar tissue work is particularly valued by patients recovering from surgery, including C-sections, knee replacements, mastectomies and other procedures. Scar tissue therapy is a specialist skill, and Kate brings both the technical expertise and the sensitivity that this work requires. She regularly sees patients with scars that are months or even years old, and the results often exceed what patients expected was possible.

Kate's oncology massage work reflects her commitment to caring for people at their most vulnerable. Working with patients during or after cancer treatment requires a careful, adapted approach and deep understanding of the individual's needs on any given day. Kate provides this with real skill and compassion.
